Use the most up-to-date and specific information - all fields are required. Incomplete forms will not be considered.  We review requests twice monthly and will contact you within 45 days to let you know if your request can be fulfilled. Due to a large volume of requests we ask that you submit your request 60 - 45 days prior to the date of your event.

‍Please read before submitting your donation form. Your charity must meet these criteria to be considered for a donation:
- Charity must be a 501 (c)3 charitable foundation with an active and current tax ID#
- The charity must operate within the Vail Valley and must benefit the residents of Eagle County
- Only one donation per charity per calendar year
